What does indirect food contact mean?
Indirect food contact means the box does not touch the food itself, because an inner pack sits between them. We do not state that our boxes can be used in direct contact with food.

Can food be put straight into the box?
Our boxes are for indirect food contact, so a sachet, bag or liner should sit between the food and the box.
Can we get copies of certificates and test reports?

Is there a dedicated food-contact test report?
The existing reports test for heavy metals and restricted substances in raw materials. They are not food migration tests. If you need further testing, please talk to our sales team.
What is the minimum order for food boxes?
About 5,000 boxes per design, the same as our other box groups.
