How to Order Boxes from the BAGI Factory in Rayong
Ordering boxes from BAGI takes 6 steps, from sending your job details to our sales team through to delivery at your address. Production takes about 7 to 10 working days, counted from the day you approve the proof.
What are the steps to order boxes?
- Send job details Tell us the box style, size, quantity and finishing, by phone or email.
- Receive a quotation Sales checks the specification and sends a quotation.
- Structure design and sample We make an unprinted sample box for you to test with your real product.
- Approve the proof You check colour, text and print position on the proof, then confirm.
- Production and quality checks Printing, coating, finishing, die-cutting and gluing under ISO 9001.
- Delivery Shipped to your address by a transport company.
What information is needed for a quotation?
- Box style, such as tuck end, auto lock bottom or sleeve
- Box size: width × length × height, in centimetres
- Paper type and weight, if known
- Number of print colours, and special colours if any
- Coating and finishing
- Quantity per order
- Required delivery date
How should artwork files be prepared?
BAGI accepts artwork in any file format. If you have no file yet, an idea or a sketch is enough to start: our team designs the structure and artwork for you.
If you prepare print-ready files yourself, these steps help the job move faster.
- Convert text to outlines
- Embed images in the file, at 300 dpi
- Use CMYK colour mode and give special colours as Pantone codes
- Allow 3 mm of bleed around the artwork
