Offset-Printed Paper Packaging Boxes, Made to Order in Rayong
BAGI makes five groups of offset-printed paper packaging boxes: folding cartons, flute-laminated boxes, metallized boxes, indirect food contact boxes and hand-formed boxes. Every group is made to your size and design at our factory in Ban Khai, Rayong, under ISO 9001 and GHP, and suits production runs from about 5,000 boxes per design.

Folding cartons (Duplex / Art Card)
A folding carton is a product box made from a single sheet of paperboard, offset printed, then die-cut and glued so it folds into shape. BAGI makes them from grey-back duplex board and art card.

Flute-laminated boxes
A flute-laminated box is an offset-printed sheet laminated onto corrugated flute. It gives sharp printing together with more strength than an ordinary folding carton.

Metallized boxes
A metallized box is made from board with a metallic surface across the whole sheet, then offset printed over, so colours and patterns reflect light.

Colours printed on a metallic surface look different from colours on white paper, so always check a real proof before production.
Food boxes
BAGI food boxes are indirect food contact packaging: they are used with food that already has a sachet, bag or liner around it, such as sleeves and cartons for quick-service restaurants. The factory works under GHP.
Hand-formed boxes
A hand-formed box has a structure too complex for an automatic gluing machine, so staff fold, assemble and glue each one by hand.

Hand forming takes longer than machine gluing. Please ask our sales team about the minimum order and lead time for this group.

Can you print special colours to match our brand?
Yes. We print 4 colours plus special (Pantone) colours, and you check a proof before production.
Do you design box structures?
Yes. We design the structure and artwork, and make a sample box for you to test with your product.
Does BAGI make corrugated shipping cartons?
No. We make only offset-printed product boxes, including printed flute-laminated boxes.
