Request a Box Quotation from the BAGI Factory in Rayong
You can ask BAGI for a box quotation in 2 ways: call 038-961-550, or email your job details to CS@boxasia.co.th, during office hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 17:00. We quote for each actual job, and our work suits production runs from about 5,000 boxes per design.
What details should I send for a quotation?
Send what you know. Our sales team will ask about the rest.
- Contact name, company or factory name, phone and email
- Box style, such as tuck end, auto lock bottom or sleeve
- Box size: width × length × height, in centimetres
- Paper type and weight, if known
- Number of print colours, and special colours if any
- Coating and special techniques, such as hot foil or window patching
- Quantity per order
- Required delivery date
- Dieline or artwork file, if you have one
If you do not have a full specification, send a photo of the product or of the box you use now, and our sales team can assess it.
What happens after I send the details?
- Sales contacts you to confirm the job specification.
- You receive a quotation for the actual job.
- Once the price is agreed, we design the structure, make a sample and send a proof for approval before production.
How is the price worked out?
We have no list price, because each box design uses different materials and steps. There are 6 main factors.
- Flat (unfolded) size of the box
- Quantity per order
- Paper type and weight
- Number of print colours, including special colours
- Coating and finishing
- Box structure
